Terms of Service

Controlled staging status.
TokVault Web staging is used to validate account verification, password reset, membership status and payment-boundary behavior before public production launch.

Authorized use.
You must use TokVault only for media and account activity you own, control or are authorized to manage.

Web Premium and payment.
TokVault Web Premium is separate from any iOS App Store subscription. BTC or BTCPay checkout activity does not create entitlement until server-side billing verification confirms payment finality.

No browser unlock.
Browser state, redirects, invoice identifiers, checkout links, QR visibility and visible interface text do not unlock Premium or download access.

Access restrictions.
Abuse, automation, account sharing, bypass attempts or security risk may result in account restrictions.

Download status.
Download access remains subject to a future separately reviewed entitlement and download-limit system.
